Year 2 Teacher responsibilities:

· Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the National Curriculum for Year 2

· Assess and evaluate students regularly

· Create a stimulating and engaging classroom environment

· Monitor individual student progress and provide feedback to parents and senior staff

· Attend staff meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and other school events as required

· Participate in professional development opportunities to continually improve teaching skills

· Collaborate with other teachers and support staff to ensure the best possible outcomes for students

Year 2 Teacher requirements:

· Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), or equivalent

· Experience in teaching Year 2 students in a UK Primary school

· A strong understanding of the current National Curriculum for Year 2

· Ability to create a stimulating and active learning environment

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Organisation and time-management skills to ensure efficient lesson planning and delivery

· A commitment to ongoing professional development
