About the Role

• Teach a full range of Maths classes across Key Stages 3 and 4, adhering to the national curriculum.
• Develop and deliver engaging and effective lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
• Employ a variety of teaching methods to promote a deep understanding of mathematical concepts.
• Assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support individual development.
• Contribute to the overall development of the Maths curriculum and department initiatives.
• Build positive relationships with students, fostering a supportive and encouraging learning environment.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to share best practices and ensure continuity of teaching.

About You

• A qualified Maths Teacher (QTS) with a proven track record of success.
• Excellent subject knowledge and a passion for inspiring a love of learning for Maths.
• Strong classroom management skills with the ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
• A commitment to fostering student growth and development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
