Job Description: We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Key Stage 1 Champion with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) to join our team. As a pivotal member of our Key Stage 1 team, you will have the opportunity to inspire and engage young learners through dynamic and innovative teaching practices.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons that inspire curiosity and foster a love for learning in Key Stage 1 students.
• Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and respected.
• Assess student progress and provide timely feedback to support their development and achievement.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement a rich and engaging curriculum that meets the needs of all learners.
• Establish positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to promote a culture of collaboration and shared responsibility.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
• Experience teaching Key Stage 1 students is preferred but not essential.
• Sound knowledge of the Key Stage 1 curriculum and effective pedagogical approaches.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate young learners.
• A commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of students and respond to changing priorities.
