Are you passionate about supporting students' learning and development? Join our dedicated team in Colchester! We are seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant for an immediate start. This short-term contract will run until the 24th of May.

Role: Learning Support Assistant
Location: Colchester
Contract: Immediate start - 24th May

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored support to students in and out of the classroom
  • Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and activities
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children in an educational setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach
  • Experience with SEN children is essential
