• Champion the arts throughout the school, promoting creativity and collaboration with other departments.

• Oversee the budget and resources for the Art department, ensuring they are effectively utilized to create an inspiring learning environment.

You're a Perfect Fit If:

• You hold a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Art and a proven track record of successful leadership experience in a school setting.
• You possess a deep understanding of the National Curriculum for Art and Design and a passion for contemporary art practices.
• You have a proven ability to motivate, inspire, and lead a team of teachers towards achieving outstanding results.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are essential.
