In this role, you will:

• Deliver engaging and effective MFL lessons (French and/or Spanish) to students of all abilities across different Key Stages.
• Create a stimulating learning environment that fosters a genuine interest in languages and cultural exploration.
• Develop and implement a curriculum that aligns with national standards and promotes a love for lifelong language learning.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of the MFL curriculum, ensuring it reflects the latest pedagogical approaches.
• Play a key role in assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback to support their learning journey.
• Collaborate with colleagues in other departments to create a holistic learning experience for students.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in French and/or Spanish.
• A minimum of two years' successful teaching experience within a secondary school setting.
• A proven track record of delivering engaging and effective MFL lessons.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• A strong passion for languages and the ability to inspire students from diverse backgrounds.
• A commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with language teaching methodologies.
