In this role, you will:

• Deliver innovative and curriculum-aligned Chemistry lessons to students across all year groups.

• Develop and implement a dynamic Chemistry curriculum that aligns with national standards and prepares students for success in higher education or their chosen careers.
• Play a key role in assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback to support their learning journey.
• Collaborate with colleagues in the Science department to ensure a cohesive learning experience for students.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Chemistry.
• A minimum of two years' successful teaching experience within a secondary school or college setting.
• A proven track record of delivering engaging and effective Chemistry lessons.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• A strong passion for Chemistry and the ability to inspire students from diverse backgrounds.
• A commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with developments in Chemistry education.
