Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Candidates must hold a recognized teaching qualification.

• Curriculum Knowledge: Strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum and ability to deliver it effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners in Year 2
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to support student learning and well-being
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events
• Contribute to the wider life of the school, including extracurricular activities
