Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Maths lessons to students in accordance with the school curriculum.
• Assess and evaluate students' progress regularly, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
• Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages active participation and student engagement.
• Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources to cater to the diverse learning needs of students.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.
• Monitor and manage student behaviour, ensuring a safe and disciplined classroom environment.
• Communicate with parents and guardians regarding students' academic progress and overall well-being.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or a related field.
• Valid teaching certification in Maths.
• Proven experience teaching Maths to students at the primary or secondary level.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of the national curriculum and assessment requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the individual needs of students.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Passion for teaching and a commitment to providing quality education.
