Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging business studies lesson plans for students in line with the curriculum
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student engagement and participation
• Assess and evaluate student progress, providing timely and constructive feedback to support their learning
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary projects and initiatives
• Utilize a range of teaching resources and technologies to enhance student learning and understanding
• Provide guidance and support to students, helping them develop their skills and achieve their academic goals
• Establish effective communication channels with parents, keeping them informed of their child's progress and addressing any concerns

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business studies or a related field
• Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent certification
• Proven experience delivering business studies lessons in a primary or secondary school setting
• Excellent knowledge of the business studies curriculum
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Passion for education and inspiring young minds
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of different students and learning styles
