About the Role

• Teach the full Design Technology curriculum across a range of year groups.
• Develop and deliver creative and stimulating lessons that foster a love for design and problem-solving.
• Provide expert guidance and support to students, helping them develop their practical skills, theoretical knowledge, and design thinking.
• Contribute to the continued development of the Design Technology department, exploring innovative teaching methods and resources.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and challenged.

You Are

• A qualified Design Technology Teacher (QTS or equivalent) with a strong track record of success.
• An inspirational and engaging teacher with a passion for igniting students' curiosity and creativity in Design Technology.
• Possess excellent subject knowledge and a commitment to keeping abreast of current developments in design and technology.
• A skilled practitioner with a proven ability to deliver practical workshops and theoretical lessons.
• An effective communicator with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative and supportive environment.
