The Role

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for:

• Delivering engaging and stimulating Economics lessons across the curriculum, tailored to the specific needs and abilities of students.
• Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters a deep understanding of economic principles and their real-world applications.
• Contributing to the development and implementation of the Economics curriculum, ensuring it remains current and aligns with national qualifications.
• Assessing student progress through a variety of methods, providing constructive feedback to support their learning journey.
• Building strong relationships with students, fostering their academic and personal development.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues within the Economics department and across the wider college.
