The Role

In this part-time, permanent position (3 days per week), you will be responsible for:

• Delivering engaging and stimulating Economics lessons across a range of qualifications
• Creating and implementing effective schemes of work aligned with the curriculum
• Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback to support their learning
• Contributing to the development of the Economics curriculum within the department
• Fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and supported

• A qualified Economics Teacher with a proven track record of success
• Excellent subject knowledge and a passion for Economics
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students of all abilities
• A commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Excellent planning and organisational skills
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team
