About the Role:
You will play a key role in delivering engaging and challenging Business lessons to students across all year groups, likely from Years 7 to 13. This includes:
- Developing and delivering a stimulating curriculum aligned with the national curriculum for Business.
- Creating a dynamic learning environment that fosters critical thinking and business acumen in students.
- Inspiring and motivating students to develop a strong understanding of business concepts and practices.
- Contributing to the ongoing development of the school's Business curriculum and resources.
The Ideal Candidate:
- A qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Business or a relevant subject is essential.
- A proven track record of delivering high-quality Business education to secondary school students.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with students of varying backgrounds and abilities.
- The ability to create a stimulating and engaging learning environment that promotes active participation.
- A passion for Business and the desire to equip students with the knowledge and skills for future success.
