About the Role:
You will be responsible for igniting a passion for business in students across all year groups, typically Years 7 to 13. This exciting opportunity involves:
- Planning and delivering a stimulating and engaging Business Studies curriculum aligned with national standards.
- Fostering a dynamic learning environment that encourages critical thinking, problem-solving, and entrepreneurial skills.
- Identifying and nurturing promising business minds through clubs, competitions, and guest speaker events.
- Contributing to the development and ongoing improvement of the Business Studies curriculum and resources.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Business Studies or a related field is a must.
- Proven experience delivering high-quality Business Studies education at the secondary level.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with students of diverse backgrounds and interests.
- A passion for business and the ability to create a dynamic and engaging learning environment.
- Experience working in a high-performing school environment is a plus.
