About the Role:
You will be responsible for delivering engaging and challenging PE lessons to students across all year groups. This includes:
- Planning and delivering a stimulating PE curriculum that aligns with the National Curriculum for Physical Education.
- Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters a passion for physical activity in all students.
- Identifying and nurturing sporting talent, encouraging students to participate in school teams and competitions.
- Contributing to the development of the school's PE curriculum and resources.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Physical Education is essential.
- A strong track record of delivering high-quality PE education to secondary school students.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students of all ages and backgrounds.
- The ability to create a stimulating and engaging learning environment that promotes teamwork and sportsmanship.
- A passion for sport and the desire to inspire a love of physical activity in others.
