About the Role:
You will be responsible for delivering engaging and challenging Business lessons to a diverse range of A-Level students. This includes:
- Planning and delivering a stimulating curriculum aligned with the latest Business specifications.
- Creating a dynamic and supportive learning environment that fosters a deep understanding of business principles.
- Encouraging critical thinking, analytical skills, and commercial awareness in students.
- Contributing to the development of the college's Business curriculum and resources.
- Supporting and mentoring students to achieve their academic goals.
The Ideal Candidate:
- A strong track record of delivering high-quality Business education to post-16 students.
- A passion for Business and the desire to inspire a love of the subject in young adults.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students from diverse backgrounds.
- The ability to create a stimulating and engaging learning environment that caters to different learning styles.
- A relevant teaching qualification (PGCE or equivalent) in Business is essential.
