What will you do?

• Craft engaging and challenging English lessons for students across KS3, KS4, and potentially KS5.
• Foster a love for literature, language, and communication in a diverse and inclusive learning environment.
• Utilize innovative teaching methods to promote critical thinking, creativity, and effective communication skills.
• Play a key role in curriculum development, ensuring it aligns with national standards and best practices.
• Contribute to the pastoral care and well-being of students.

Who are you?

• A qualified teacher with QTS and a specialism in English.
• A minimum of 3 years' successful teaching experience, with a proven track record of raising student achievement.
• Excellent subject knowledge and a passion for igniting a love for learning in students.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a stimulating and engaging learning environment.
• A commitment to fostering a love of reading, writing, and critical thinking.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
