• Develop and implement a rigorous D&T curriculum aligned with National Curriculum standards, encouraging critical thinking and a passion for design.
• Utilize a variety of engaging methods and resources to cater to diverse learning styles, ensuring every student reaches their full potential.
• Play a key role in the D&T department's development, collaborating with colleagues on curriculum planning and resource creation.
• Contribute to the overall academic progress and well-being of students through effective pastoral care and guidance.
• Build strong and positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

We Are Looking For:

• A qualified teacher with a QTS in Design & Technology.
• A proven track record of delivering engaging and effective D&T lessons to secondary school students.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• A genuine passion for design and technology, with the ability to inspire students to become confident and creative.
• Experience using technology and practical skills in the classroom is a plus.
• A steadfast commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
