• Develop and implement a rigorous D&T curriculum aligned with National Curriculum standards, fostering innovation and critical thinking.

• Play a key role in the D&T department's development, collaborating with colleagues on curriculum planning, resource creation, and departmental initiatives.

We're looking for you if:

• You hold a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Design & Technology.
• You have a demonstrably successful track record of delivering engaging and effective D&T lessons to secondary school students.
• You possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• You have a genuine passion for design and technology, with a commitment to inspiring confident and creative thinkers and makers.
• Prior experience utilizing technology and practical skills in the classroom is a plus.
• You are steadfastly committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
