Inspire the Next Generation of Foodies:

• Design and deliver engaging and stimulating Food Technology lessons, igniting a love for cooking and healthy eating in students across the curriculum.
• Develop and implement a rigorous Food Technology curriculum aligned with National Curriculum standards, encouraging creativity and practical skills.
• Utilize innovative teaching methods and resources to cater to diverse learning styles, ensuring all students flourish in your fun and informative classroom.
• Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum planning, resource creation, and departmental initiatives to further develop the Food Technology program.
• Contribute to the overall academic progress and well-being of students through effective pastoral care and guidance.
• Cultivate strong and positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

We're looking for you if:

• You possess a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Food Technology or a related field.
• You have a proven track record of delivering engaging and effective Food Technology lessons to secondary school students.
• You possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• You have a genuine passion for food and a commitment to inspiring students to become confident and adventurous cooks.
• Prior experience in a school kitchen environment is a plus.
• You are steadfastly committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
