About the Role:

• Delivering engaging and inspiring Art, Design and Technology lessons across all Key Stages.
• Creating a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that encourages creativity, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Contributing to the development of a new and exciting curriculum, aligned with the school's vision and ethos.
• Playing a pivotal role in building a strong and collaborative Art & Design department.
• Identifying and supporting students with a particular talent for the Arts.
• Overseeing enrichment programs and extracurricular activities related to Art & Design.

The Ideal Candidate:

• A qualified Art, Design or Technology Teacher with a strong track record of success.
• A passion for the Arts and a commitment to innovative teaching methods.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and classroom management skills.
• The ability to create a positive and supportive learning environment for all students.
• A willingness to contribute to the ongoing development of the department and the school as a whole.
