About the Role:

• Plan, deliver and assess engaging and creative lessons across the full curriculum for KS3 and KS4.
• Contribute to the development of a stimulating and innovative curriculum, aligned with the school's vision and ethos.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters students' creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Play a key role in the school's enrichment program, potentially developing new workshops or clubs 
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues across the department and wider school to ensure a cohesive learning experience for students.
• Contribute to the professional development of the department and participate in departmental and whole-school training initiatives.
