About the Role:

• Delivering inspiring and engaging D&T lessons across Key Stage 3 (Years 7-8) and Key Stage 4 (Years 9-11) in line with the National Curriculum.
• Creating a stimulating and well-resourced D&T environment that promotes creativity, problem-solving and practical skills development.
• Contributing to the ongoing development of the D&T curriculum, ensuring it is aligned with the school's vision and ethos.
• Playing a key role in the school's enrichment programme, potentially developing and delivering D&T related clubs or workshops.
• Building strong relationships with students, fostering their confidence and encouraging a growth mindset.
• Contributing to the wider school community and participating in departmental and whole-school events.
