We are looking for an ECT for Year 3 in Welwyn Garden City from September 2024! This is an opportunity to work within a ‘Good’ primary school in Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire.

Responsibilities of a Year 3 teacher:

- Plan and deliver engaging and effective classes to Year 3 students based on the National Curriculum.

- Provide ongoing feedback and support to Year 3 students to encourage growth and development.

- Create a safe and organized classroom environment conducive to learning.

- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share best practices.

- Use data to inform teaching decisions and adapt instruction to meet the needs of all learners.

- Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers to provide updates on Year 3 student progress.

- Attend and contribute to staff meetings and professional development opportunities.

Suitable Applicants Must Have:

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

- Proven experience teaching Year 3 in a primary school setting.

- Dedication to providing high-quality education to children.

- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across various departments and schools.
