About the Role:
- Delivering inspiring and engaging D&T lessons across Key Stage 3 (Years 7-8) and potentially Key Stage 4 (Years 9-11) in line with the National Curriculum.
- Creating a stimulating and well-resourced D&T environment that promotes creativity, problem-solving and practical skills development.
- Contributing to the ongoing development of the D&T curriculum, ensuring it aligns with the school's vision and ethos.
- Playing a key role in the school's enrichment programme, potentially developing and delivering D&T related clubs or workshops.
- Building strong relationships with students, fostering their confidence and encouraging a growth mindset.
- Contributing to the wider school community and participating in departmental and whole-school events.
