About the Role:

• Overseeing the development and implementation of a stimulating and engaging Geography curriculum across Key Stage 3 (Years 7-8) and Key Stage 4 (Years 9-11), ensuring it adheres to the National Curriculum.
• Leading a team of Geography teachers, providing coaching and mentoring to support their professional growth.
• Contributing to the school's wider strategic planning, curriculum development, and assessment practices.
• Identifying opportunities to enhance the teaching and learning of Geography, implementing innovative approaches and utilising technology effectively.
