- Creating a stimulating and well-resourced learning environment that promotes critical thinking, respectful dialogue and a deeper understanding of religious and philosophical concepts.
- Contributing to the ongoing development of the RE curriculum, ensuring it aligns with the school's vision and the latest advancements in the field.
- Building strong relationships with students, fostering their confidence and encouraging open and respectful discussions about faith.
