About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Spanish teacher to join our dynamic department within a thriving secondary school in Ealing. • Curriculum Delivery:
  • Plan, deliver, and evaluate engaging and stimulating Spanish lessons across the curriculum, catering to Key Stage 3 (Years 7-8) and potentially Key Stage 4 (Years 9-11) in line with the National Curriculum.
  • Utilize a variety of teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles and ensure all students can develop their Spanish language skills effectively (speaking, listening, reading, writing).
  • Integrate cultural elements into your lessons, fostering a deeper understanding of Spanish-speaking countries and their traditions.
• Curriculum Development:
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of the Spanish curriculum, ensuring it aligns with the school's vision, national requirements, and the latest advancements in language teaching.
  • Stay abreast of current trends and best practices in Spanish pedagogy, implementing innovative approaches to enhance student learning (e.g., technology integration, project-based learning).
• Building Relationships:
  • Build strong and positive relationships with students, fostering their confidence in speaking, listening, reading, and writing Spanish.
  • Provide constructive feedback and support to enable students to reach their full potential (individualized learning plans, targeted intervention strategies).

• Extracurricular Activities:
