About the Role:

• Delivering high-quality PE lessons across a broad range of sports and activities, tailored to the specific needs and abilities of students from Years 7 to 13.
• Creating a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that encourages participation, teamwork, and personal development.
• Implementing the school's PE curriculum, ensuring it aligns with national guidelines and promotes a holistic approach to wellbeing.
• Identifying and nurturing talent, providing opportunities for students to excel in competitive sport and physical activities.
• Contributing to the development of the PE department, collaborating with colleagues on new initiatives and curriculum improvements.
• Playing an active role in the school's wider pastoral care system, supporting the emotional and social wellbeing of students.

The Ideal Candidate:

• A qualified PE Teacher with a strong track record of success in a secondary school setting.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills with the ability to engage and inspire young women.
• A passion for physical activity and a commitment to promoting a healthy lifestyle.
• Extensive knowledge of the National Curriculum for PE and a commitment to innovative teaching methods.
• The ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
• Excellent organizational skills and a commitment to maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
