About the Role:

• Deliver engaging and thought-provoking REP lessons across the curriculum (GCSE and A-Level)
• Foster a love of learning and encourage students to explore different religious and philosophical perspectives
• Develop students' critical thinking, analysis, and communication skills
• Contribute to the ongoing development of the REP curriculum, ensuring it aligns with national requirements and best practices
• Build strong relationships with students, providing support and guidance

The Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified REP teacher with a minimum of 2 years' successful teaching experience
• Excellent subject knowledge and a passion for igniting students' interest in REP
• Strong pedagogical skills and the ability to deliver engaging and interactive lessons
• A commitment to high standards and creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
