About the Role:

• Deliver engaging and stimulating Business lessons across the curriculum, catering to all Key Stages (Years 7-11).
• Develop students' knowledge and understanding of core business concepts, fostering critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Utilize a variety of teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles and ensure all students reach their full potential.
• Effectively prepare students for GCSE examinations.
• Contribute to the development of the Business curriculum, ensuring alignment with the National Curriculum and departmental goals.
• Play a role in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment that reflects the school's Catholic ethos.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified Business Teacher with a minimum of 2 years' successful teaching experience ( ECTs welcome).
• A strong passion for Business and a demonstrable track record of raising student achievement.
• Excellent subject knowledge and the ability to keep up-to-date with current business trends.
• Strong pedagogical skills and the ability to deliver engaging and interactive lessons.
• A commitment to high standards and creating a positive and supportive learning environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• A willingness to support the Catholic ethos of the school (desirable but not mandatory).
