Responsibilities:

• Leading the Geography department, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning
• Developing and implementing innovative and engaging schemes of work
• Teaching Geography at KS3, KS4, and KS5
• Supporting and mentoring department staff
• Contributing to the wider school community and its academic success

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven track record of successful Geography teaching at KS3, KS4, and KS5
• Leadership experience within a school setting
• Formal teaching qualification with QTS (e.g., PGCE)
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Legal right to work in the UK
