About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and organized individual to play a vital role in supporting the delivery of our Art curriculum. You will work closely with the Art teachers to ensure a safe, productive, and inspiring learning environment for all students.
Key Responsibilities

Preparation and Support:
- Prepare and maintain art studios and resources for effective lesson delivery.
- Order and manage art supplies and equipment, ensuring efficient use and budget adherence.
- Assist teachers in setting up and clearing away for lessons.
- Maintain the health and safety standards within the art studios, adhering to all regulations.

Technical Expertise:
- Utilize technical skills to maintain and prepare a wide range of art materials and equipment (e.g., kilns, printing presses, woodworking tools).
- Assist with technical aspects of lessons, demonstrations, and practical activities.
- Provide guidance and support to students on the safe and proper use of tools and equipment.

Student Support:
- Offer support and guidance to students during lesson time, assisting with technical queries and troubleshooting.
- Play a role in promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.

Additional Responsibilities:
- May contribute to the organization and preparation of art exhibitions and displays.
- Assist with administrative tasks within the Art department (as required).
