Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Art department
- Inspire and mentor a team of dedicated Art teachers
- Develop and implement creative and engaging curriculum strategies
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Art Teacher, ideally with leadership responsibilities
- Ability to inspire and motivate students and staff
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Formal teaching qualification with QTS (e.g., PGCE)
- Eligibility to work in the UK
