Empowering Students with Special Educational Needs

This is a unique opportunity to empower students with special educational needs, providing them with the tools and support they need to thrive academically and personally. You will be instrumental in creating a positive and nurturing learning environment, tailoring your approach to meet the diverse needs of your students.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Individualized Learning: Develop and implement personalized education plans (IEPs) for each student, ensuring their specific needs are met.
• Differentiated Instruction: Employ a range of teaching strategies and resources to engage students with diverse learning styles and abilities.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to provide holistic support for each student.
• Assessment and Tracking: Monitor student progress and make data-driven decisions to optimize their learning outcomes.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Proven experience teaching students with special educational needs (SEN)
• A deep understanding of the SEND Code of Practice and relevant legislation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
