About the Role:
- Design and deliver engaging and insightful English lessons across all year groups, adhering to the National Curriculum.
- Cultivate a stimulating learning environment that fosters a love of reading, writing, communication, and critical thinking skills.
- Guide students in developing a strong foundation in grammar, vocabulary, and literary analysis.
- Prepare students for success in external assessments, including GCSEs and A Levels (desirable but not mandatory).
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the English department and contribute to school-wide events.
