The Ideal Candidate:
- Holds a strong academic background in Drama or Theatre Arts and a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

- Demonstrates a creative and engaging teaching style that incorporates a variety of approaches, from traditional acting exercises and improvisation games to movement exploration and multimedia integration.
- Maintains a positive and supportive classroom environment where all students feel comfortable taking risks, embracing their creativity, and exploring their dramatic potential.
