Role Overview: We seek an enthusiastic and skilled Engineering Teacher to join our dedicated faculty. The successful candidate will captivate students with engaging and practical engineering lessons, balancing theoretical instruction with hands-on experience. This position involves teaching a range of engineering topics to students at different educational stages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive engineering curriculum.
• Foster an inclusive and supportive classroom atmosphere that promotes problem-solving and critical thinking.
• Teach engineering concepts across various subjects, including mechanics, electronics, robotics, and design technology.
• Supervise hands-on projects and experiments to build students' practical skills and understanding.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to integrate engineering into interdisciplinary projects.
• Offer personalised support and mentorship to students, encouraging their academic and personal growth.
• Keep abreast of the latest trends and developments in engineering education.

Qualifications:

• A degree in Engineering, Engineering Education, or a related field.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
• Previous experience teaching engineering or related subjects at the secondary level.
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practical applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to fostering a creative, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
