About the School: Our Reading-based school, rated 'Good' by Ofsted, is seeking a qualified Drama Teacher to join our team. We provide a high-quality education in a supportive environment and are looking for someone to teach and inspire our students in the performing arts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging drama lessons in line with the national curriculum.
• Manage and lead drama productions and extracurricular activities.
• Provide constructive feedback and support to students.
• Collaborate with the teaching team on curriculum development.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Degree in Drama, Performing Arts, or a related subject.
• Experience teaching drama at secondary level.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.

Desirable:

• Experience in directing school productions.
• Ability to run drama clubs or workshops.
