About the School: Our Reading-based school, rated 'Good' by Ofsted, is seeking a qualified Drama Teacher to join our team. We provide a high-quality education in a supportive environment and are looking for someone to teach and inspire our students in the performing arts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging drama lessons in line with the national curriculum.
- Manage and lead drama productions and extracurricular activities.
- Provide constructive feedback and support to students.
- Collaborate with the teaching team on curriculum development.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Degree in Drama, Performing Arts, or a related subject.
- Experience teaching drama at secondary level.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
Desirable:
- Experience in directing school productions.
- Ability to run drama clubs or workshops.
