• Design and deliver engaging and informative Business lessons across all year groups, adhering to the National Curriculum.
• Cultivate a stimulating learning environment that encourages critical thinking, financial literacy, and an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Guide students in developing a strong understanding of core business concepts, including marketing, finance, accounting, and business operations.
• Prepare students for success in external examinations (GCSE, A-Level, as applicable).
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the Business department and contribute to school-wide events related to entrepreneurship and business studies.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Possesses a valid QTS in Business Studies or a closely related discipline.
• Demonstrates a fervent passion for business and a captivating teaching style that ignites student interest.
• Excels in communication, interpersonal skills, and classroom management.
