What You'll Do:

• Design and deliver stimulating and informative Business lessons across all year groups, adhering to the National Curriculum.
• Cultivate a dynamic learning environment that encourages critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a strong understanding of business principles.
• Guide students in developing a comprehensive knowledge of key business areas, including finance, marketing, and entrepreneurship.
• Prepare students for success in external examinations (GCSE, A-Level, as applicable).
• Contribute to the development of the Business curriculum, incorporating innovative teaching methods and industry-relevant resources.
• Play a key role in inspiring and supporting students to participate in business-related competitions and initiatives.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the Business department and contribute to school-wide events.

• Possesses a valid QTS in Business or a relevant subject (Economics, Commerce).
