We’re seeking a creative and enthusiastic Drama Teacher to join our thriving arts department. This role is ideal for both experienced educators and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) who are eager to inspire and nurture young talent.
Your Role:
- Design and deliver engaging Drama lessons.
- Develop and implement innovative lesson plans.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Assess and provide feedback on student performances.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the drama curriculum.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Strong knowledge of Drama techniques.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
