About the Role:

• Design and deliver engaging and informative Humanities lessons across all year groups, adhering to the curriculum.
• Cultivate a stimulating and respectful learning environment that encourages critical thinking, debate, and historical analysis.
• Guide students in developing a comprehensive understanding of core Humanities subjects, including History, Geography, and/or Religious Studies (depending on the specific role).
• Prepare students for success in external examinations (GCSE, A-Level, as applicable).
• Collaborate with colleagues in the Humanities department to enhance the curriculum and contribute to school-wide events.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Possesses a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in a relevant Humanities subject (History, Geography, Religious Studies, or a combination).
• Demonstrates a strong understanding of Humanities principles and a passion for fostering intellectual inquiry in young people.
• Excels in communication, interpersonal skills, and classroom management within a diverse learning environment.
