Havering Schools are seeking a kind and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our vibrant school community.
In this rewarding role, you will:
- Support students with a variety of learning needs: Work alongside teachers to provide individualized support in the classroom and during dedicated LSA sessions.
- Foster a positive learning environment: Create a safe and inclusive space where students feel encouraged to participate and learn.
- Empower students for success: Help students develop their learning strategies, confidence, and independence.
- Collaborate with a supportive team: Work closely with teachers, LSAs, and other professionals to ensure all students receive the support they need.

- Has a strong work ethic and is reliable and dependable. (While formal qualifications are a plus, a genuine desire to support children is most important!)
