Key Responsibilities:

- Design and deliver engaging lessons that spark student interest and challenge them to develop their artistic skills and critical thinking abilities.
- Utilize a variety of engaging teaching methods, including demonstrations, discussions, collaborative projects, and differentiated instruction to cater to diverse learning styles.
- Prepare students for any relevant external examinations (if applicable).

Fostering Artistic Growth:
- Create a stimulating and supportive learning environment that encourages experimentation, risk-taking, and individuality in artistic expression.

The Ideal Candidate:
- A qualified Art Teacher with a minimum of 2 years' successful teaching experience in a secondary school setting.
- A contagious passion for art education and a commitment to fostering creativity, artistic exploration, and personal expression in students.
- Excellent subject knowledge and a strong understanding of various art disciplines, techniques, and historical contexts.
- Strong pedagogical skills and the ability to design and deliver engaging, interactive, and differentiated Art lessons.
- A commitment to high standards and the ability to create a positive, inclusive, and student-centered learning environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
