We are looking for a dedicated and creative Drama Teacher to join our team at a school in Salisbury, starting in September 2024. This is a full-time, permanent position. The ideal candidate will have a passion for drama, a commitment to student development, and the ability to inspire and engage students through the performing arts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver high-quality Drama lessons that inspire and engage students of all abilities.
• Develop and implement a creative curriculum that meets educational standards and fosters a love for drama.
• Encourage student participation in school productions and extracurricular drama activities.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes confidence, creativity, and collaboration.

Requirements:

• Degree in Drama, Performing Arts, or a related field.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching Drama at the secondary school level.
• Strong knowledge of current Drama curriculum and teaching practices.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
