About the Role: In this position, you will plan and deliver engaging Biology lessons, develop a stimulating curriculum, and support students in achieving their best. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues to enhance the Science department’s teaching and learning strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality Biology lessons that engage and challenge students.
• Develop and implement a dynamic curriculum that meets educational standards.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support to aid their development.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages exploration and curiosity.

Requirements:

• Degree in Biology, Science, or related field.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Proven experience teaching Biology at the secondary school level.
• Strong understanding of the Biology curriculum and contemporary teaching methods.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
