Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and comprehensive Business Studies lessons to students at Key Stages 3, 4, and 5.
• Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the curriculum standards and cater to the diverse learning needs of students.
• Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
• Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the development of the Business Studies department and the wider school community.
• Participate in extra-curricular activities and school events, promoting a holistic educational experience for students.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• A degree in Business Studies or a related subject.
• Proven experience teaching Business Studies at secondary level, preferably with experience at A-Level.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to motivate and inspire students.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to teaching and learning.
• A passion for education and a commitment to continuous professional development.
