Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and innovative art lessons to KS3 and 4 students of all abilities.
• Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and creativity.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and contribute to the wider school community.
• Participate in extracurricular activities and school events, promoting a love for art within the school.

Qualifications:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Degree in Art or a related field.
• Experience teaching Art at secondary school level is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Passion for teaching and inspiring young artists.
